2/4 transition plays twice

Hi,

I’m currently transcribing Hey Jude as accurate as possible. As the transitions before the “Na-na-na” includes a 2/4 bar, I wrote the entire transition as 2/4. It works OK but, strangely, those transition play twice when I hit them. Any suggestion ? (beatBuddy 1)

Thanks for posting your song. It doesn’t happen on the Transition Bridge for part 2 but does happen on the Transition Bridge for part 4. I’ve looked at the transitions in the BBMO and I’m not seeing anything out of place.

I tested it on the BB2 and it shows (the 7 measures in the measure counter) and plays the proper number of measures.

Not sure if this is the same issue: Struggling with multi-measure transitions but if it is, let’s see if Support, support@singularsound.com can clarify.

As mentioned in the BBMO manual:

“Make sure that all of the files inside of a song part have the same time signature to ensure proper synchronization, but different song parts can use their own individual time signatures.”

Could you please try adjusting the Fill and Transition Fill to use the same time signature as the Main Part? So, all of them should be either 2/4 or 4/4.

Please let us know if the issue persists after making this adjustment.

Hi,

I finally had time to check this. And it works. I had a mix of 4/4 and 2/4 in the same parts, on the bridges, indeed.

I needed some training to start the fills and transitions on the 2/4 parts but it works as expected.
