Understanding the Symbols on Singular Sound Aeros
Red Dot Symbol
- Function: The red dot indicates the recording mode.
- Meaning: If the red dot is enabled with a “1,” it means the count-in will only occur when recording the very first track. If you want a count-in for subsequent recordings, you need to toggle this symbol.
Green Play Symbol
- Function: The green triangle represents playback mode.
- Meaning: When this symbol is active, it indicates that the count-in feature is enabled for playback. This allows you to hear a count-in before the track starts playing.
Using Count-In
- Count-In Setting: The count-in value can be set to different numbers (e.g., 2, 3, 4) to determine how many beats will be counted before the track starts.
- Important Note: For the count-in to work during recording, both the red dot and green triangle must be enabled. If you only want a count-in for playback, the green triangle is sufficient.
By understanding these symbols, you can effectively manage your recording and playback settings on the Aeros.
