I thought I had this working but it’s not. Start a song with BB and play a 12 bars before stopping with BB and you only get the first bar repeated.

I had the same problem. The solution is to NOT stop the loop using the beat buddy - rather, use the RPO switch on the Aeros itself to “close” the loop before stopping BB. That will maintain the proper loop length.
