BB + Aeros, will not Start on measure

Hi, I’m using the BeatBuddy (BB) as the master for the Aeros. In my band, I rely on the BB as the master click. However, the Aeros doesn’t start playing in sync with the BB’s measure—it starts immediately when I press the play button. Once it reaches the measure, the Aeros aligns perfectly with the BB.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi Ben,

I recommend either disabling the intro on the BeatBuddy or using a count-in on the Aeros. If you need help with the technical steps, you can send an email to support@singularsound.com.
