Why??? I just followed instructions and now my BB is blank. HELP!!
I’ve got the same few days ago !
I just re-sync last BeatBuddy Manager project to the SDCard and retrieved my all songs.
Mine is now up to date on firmware 1.8.5 and I got no more BeatBuddy problems.

I have no SD card in my computer. BB is dead. A Brick.

ScottyMac, in order to help you, you’re going to have to give us some more details. Was the power to the pedal interrupted when the SD card was updating the firmware? Have you tried to reinstall firmware version 1.8.5 to your SD card? If not, try to do so now. Once this is done, unplug the power from the pedal, insert the card and plug the power back in. Make sure you’re using the power adaptor that came with your pedal. If this doesn’t work, let me know.
I have no SD card slot o my PC and the BB is blank. I transfered the files,unplugged and plugged in, it brieflylit up and died.
