When I open the BB Software, I do not have the options to import anything: selections are grayed out. I have connected my BB with USB, and I have inserted my SD card directly into my PC. I can find the files on the SD card, but that is it. I am running a Windows PC. Any thoughts?
Just share the screenshot with what you feel is greyed out.
Only a number of menu items are actually disabled. You need to use Import-Export > Import Project from Pedal. It should be enabled. Select the root of SD card. Press Ok.
After you’ve imported the data, you will be able to use other menu items!
