BeatBuddy 2 USB port?

I just got around to watching the BeatBuddy 2 intro video. All in all it looks very nice. However I have a question.

On the video I did not see a USB port on the BeatBuddy 2. On my BeatBuddy (standard) I use a USB cable (that I leave plugged in all the time) to program/edit the BeatBuddy. The SD card slot is on the back of the BeatBuddy, which makes the slot inaccessible from where the BeatBuddy is installed on my pedal board.

Did I miss something in the video? Or is there really no USB port on the BeatBuddy 2? If not, I’m curious why that is. Thanks for your response.

You are correct. There is no USB port on the BB2.

The reason it’s not there—and this is just my opinion—is that there is no need for the port since the data is transferred by synchronizing the project from the BBMO to your SD card.

Hi - on the BB2 order page, under Tech Specs (you have to expand this section), it says USB
1 x Mini-B. Is this a typo, then? I don’t see a port on the BB2, either.

Thanks!

Look closely at the pictures — they tell the truth: no USB.
