OK, I know there are other threads so if the moderators want to kill this they can. BUT I just wanted to post a quick note. Got the midi cable in this morning and hooked up the two devices via midi, set the VL3 for USB midi, midi temp on, met on/muted and quantize. Took off on the first two blues beats and it worked. It even worked with the 6/8 blues beat. This was just a quick down and dirty test run, but I was quite pleased with what I experienced on the first go around.
