BIG BUG

Hello.

I have a big problem with my BEATBUDDY I bought new on 25/10/2017 (it is no longer under warranty).
Since I updated the latest FIRMEWARE with the procedure explained on your website, the screen of the device has become illegible, and thus the device has become unusable.
The pedal works normally, the sound is normal, but the screen is unreadable (see photo)
I also tried to reinstall the FIRMEWARE, but nothing works.
Do you have a solution to offer me?

I would try re-updating. Iā€™m sure @BeatBuddy_Support will have other ideas as well.
