Boy was I excited when my new BeatBuddy arrived on Saturday. I plugged it in, the device came to life, and then I noticed the SD card. I unplugged the device, and it hasn’t shown life since. Regardless of what outlet I plug the device into, or whether or not the SD card is inserted, it shows no life.
Try another 9 volt center negative adapter that provides a minimum of 300 mA. If the adapter is defective, we will send you a new one. If it doesn’t work even with another adapter, then the BeatBuddy itself may need to be replaced. In either case, yes, please email us at support@mybeatbuddy.com
