Does Singular send purchase confirmation emails? I did not receive one. I paid using paypal on Sep 25, 2014. Here’s hoping all is well and the late October 2014 shipping date is still valid. :?
Usually Singular Sound sends purchase confirmation emails. But as you made your payment so recently, there is a possibility you will get your pedal in some more time.
I would recommend asking for your payment status directly at contact@mybeatbuddy.com though.
I did get purchase confirmation emails when I placed my orders - the unit was ordered in May, and then the footswitch was ordered in August (it wasn’t yet available when I ordered the pedal in May), and I got confirmation emails with the order numbers, etc. for each. You should verify that your order went through properly.
