how do I add the new BB files that I have downloaded form BB .com new kits. . do I just cop them to the sd card

No, simple copy won’t work. You should use BBManager for that.

  • Open project in BBManager (import it from the SD card and save a local copy)
  • Import the item you downloaded to the BBManager project.
  • Synchronize / Export to Pedal to move the changes to the pedal.
