Firmware not installing

Beatbuddy somehow got wiped clean. Tried to reinstall Firmware, but it will not work. Beatbuddy still just says “no SD card” and “No Song”.

Also, when I put the SD back in my computer, 3 of the 5 files in the Firmware are missing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’m at a loss and in full-on panic mode.

Don’t panic – yet. Download and copy the firmware files back onto your SD card. They are all required, and this should solve your problem, I think.

That said, if you’re sure you didn’t commit some sort of user error that caused the deletion of the files, you may want to replace the SD card as well.
