How Many "Created Songs" Will BB Manager Store And Download To The SD Card?

I’m working on a Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite v. 10.10.5
I created 89 Songs in BB Manager…our band’s “Request List”.
All went well in creating the songs…then I saved (cmd > S)…named and Saved Project As…then I closed out of BB Manager.
Later I opened the project only to find that half of the songs I created existed in the file…where did I go wrong?
Is the BB Manager limited to a certain number of created songs?

i’m not sure what’s happened to your file. I don’t save mine, it just opens up each time with no loss to any alterations. Each folder holds 99 songs and you can have unlimited folders as far as I can tell.

1. Are you 100% sure that it is the same project?

2. Are any of the songs you created with names containing a period or an apostrophe mark (. or ') in their titles, or possibly some other non-letter character? Another user here @Christopher Bell experienced a nearly identical issue a couple months ago, and we found that that was the source of the problem.
