Hi,
I want to modify all the standard midi files for intros , fills and endings to replace the ending crash cymbal with a high hat.
I can do this by writing my own code.
How do I then update the standard songs to use the new versions of the standard midi files ?
Do I need to open each song , remove the old parts and insert the modified parts?
Thanks,
Gerrit.
I don’t think there is a process to automate or batch process what you are trying to accomplish.
You don’t have to remove the default song parts though, you can just import the new MIDI file and it will replace the default file.

I believe the easiest solution would be to simply use the BeatBuddy Manager Online and manually adjust the ending note where needed.

Hi Daniel,
how many songs are in the standard content ?
How many fills ?
My #1 rule is never play a crash that may overlap a vocal. Crash cymbals overpower vocals, vocals are far more important than drummer bling.
Hence the desire to remove the crash hit from all fills and intros.
Thanks,
Gerrit
You can find everything that is included with the BeatBuddy 2 in the attached PDF.
The BB2 default content includes 15 drum sets in total, including 3 HD drum sets.
Each song typically has 2–3 fills assigned to each section.
