Hi Mitch,
Dylan wrote/published it in A. The Band on the Big Pink album does it in E. Cocker’s cover is in A, like Dylan wrote it, but is blues up a bit, not a folky rhythm. When Dylan has recorded it, verse two is his verse one.
So, this begs the question, what would you like? But, I can’t promise that I can hit any of the three.
