Issue with THE COMPLETE COLLECTION 2022 Purchase

I’ve been trying to purchase this for the last hour and can’t log in. I selected the “forgot Password “ option but never get the email to reset my password. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. I have an account and have made multiple purchases. Anyone else have this issue? I double checked and it’s the correct email.
