Is there a way to mute or bypass fells and transitions in a given song? I don’t really want to delete them. Great to do if during the song development/programing stages. I deal with many songs without fells and transitions.

While you can simply not use fills at all (without deleting them), the situation with transitions is a bit more difficult. Though, you can try to trigger transition as close to the bar end as possible (so that you actually release a pedal hold before a new bar starts). If you practice this a bit, you will be able to transition to the next song part almost without a transition fill.
