My pedal stopped and, no matter what you do it won’t start beats. Has anyone else had this issue? I have contacted about warranty but have not heard back. I wish there was a phone number to call but oh well.
Please if anyone else has had this issue please tell me how to fix it. Beats play on computer and all lights and other functions seem to work on the pedal but it reads stopped on the display and will not start at all! Help PLEASE!!!
Try doing a clean build on an SD card just using the download from the Singular Sound website.

That should eliminate the SD card as the source of the problem.
The next easy thing I would check is to see if one of the wires has become dislodged from the back of the footswitch inside the BB.
