Pedal reverts to default settings after sync.

I sync via usb and have to fix desired settings after each sync. Any way to retain settings?

Make sure you’re using firmware 2.0.4.

Try using your computer’s SD slot reader instead of the USB cable method.

If your computer doesn’t have a built-in slot reader, consider buying and using an external SD slot reader.
