Problem with the stop button

I use the Aeros without BB and other additional devices
This problem appeared after 4 months of use.
The stop button does not always work (please watch the video at the link). It may work fine for a few days, then this problem reappears. Also, sometimes when I hold down the stop button to delete all tracks (a confirmation question appears) but as soon as I release the stop button, playback continues. I tried doing a reset, updating the firmware, nothing helps. I use the original power supply. Please help, this makes it impossible to use the looper on live performances.

Looks like a hardware issue to me. I’d contact SS directly for warranty service.

Sad. Aeros has mechanical fault on play/stop all button

My Aeros today suddenly started misbehaving. The “play/stop all” button has suddenly stopped responding reliably. It’s been fine for the few months I’ve owned it and hasn’t left it’s place on the living room floor since. I’ve gotten in touch with the supplier; and so now am on that treadmill.
