I just built a dual footswitch with silent momentary switches and wonder if it is possible to replace the switch in the BB pedal with a ”non-clicking” switch? In another thread I saw mentioned an instruction for replacing the switch, can this be downloaded somewhere?
I read somewhere on the forum that the main switch was hardwired to the circuit board. If that’s true, this may be a bit too much of a challenge. If you decide to tackle it, document it and take step by step pix; if you’re successful, please share the steps with the forum (and type of switch, etc). To me, the main switch isn’t as noisy as the original latching switches were on the remote foot switch.
