I don’t have a computer and was wondering how I can get the new basic sound card

You probably meant the SD card :slightly_smiling_face:

If you don’t have a computer, you’re missing out on the ability to easily update the pedal firmware and take advantage of the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM).

Here are some options:

  • Try to use someone else’s computer that preferably has a built-in SD card slot reader to download, unzip and transfer the updated default content to the SD card.

  • You can use an external SD card reader on a phone or tablet https://www.amazon.com/Betionol-Reader-Connectors-Smartphones-Picture/dp/B07QYW26QF and you would need the ability to unzip a file once you download it from Singular Sound. iOS 11 and above can do it natively and I think you can get WinZip for Android.

  • You could contact Support and ask how much they would charge to mail you a card to the UK.
