Hi adrian. Based on your forum membership join date, it appears that your pedal might be out of warranty however, it never hurts to ask BB support.
If you’re going to do this yourself, you should definitely ask support for the specifications, e.g., if it’s momentary on or momentary off, SPST, or DPDT, etc.
