I’m looking for a standalone PC application that replicates the full feature set of BeatBuddy Manager Online. The current BBMO web interface doesn’t support dynamic window resizing, and its cloud‑dependent architecture prevents use in low‑connectivity environments. An offline, locally executable version would eliminate these limitations and provide a more reliable workflow for field use.
From a post I made to another thread.
“you can always convert a web-based app to a standalone app. Look up PWA on Vivaldi. You can also use Unite to convert the app from web- to standalone.”
If you are using a different browser, there are probably other methods to convert the BBMO to a standalone app. Some are provided as part of the browsers and some are commercial apps to convert web-based apps to standalone apps.
Hi there,
Well it sounds nice, it works even on the EDGE or CHROOM Browser but still: it will not work completely offline. Turning a website into an (Edge) app only wraps the website into a standalone window; it does not download the underlying website code, server data, or login systems to your hard drive. For me: when I am at an offline location, I cannot use the BBMO app.
