I’m having difficulties loading my purchased library content into the Manager. I’ve followed along with the video tutorials (more than once!!) and I can get as far as selecting the library I want to load (I bought 3) and clicking import folder, then the files all go gray and nothing happens. I’m using Mac 10.10.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Do you have a project loaded already? And are you selecting the PBF file? Post a screenshot.
