My project has exceeded the 32 GB limit and I need to delete drum kits. Is there a quick way to know which kits I’m not using without having to look at each song?
If you’re using the BBM, you can scroll through the playback pane to get a quick idea of what’s in use and what’s not. Do this for each folder.
As a rule of thumb that works for me, I would keep the default content kits and any of your favorite kits (premium). For example, my three favorite kits are SUB-Standard Pro Plain, SUB-Std Pro PL Bass 0-31 and STAX 4 octave piano & strings; after those, I probably use the STAX kits as well as the Motown Piano & Brass and the Rock_V2_Bass_2_31 kits. I tend to no longer use any of the kits prefaced by NP (as in NP StdPBass 63-91). Why not? Because they were some of the first generation of user-created kits and Phil_Flood and a couple of other users have greatly improved the quality and content of the kits.
The tip is good but I have millions of songs and practically a kit for each one. So it gets complicated.i use the most kits created by me mixing a lot of nstruments
