Personally I can say that I don’t know everything and I don’t have the time and energy to dig into everything 
But I love the BB and I’m hoping that saying things out loud people get things going forward 
If we check a bit what information was stated at what point:

At this point we only know that you want to use RC-30.
- Image (and the forum section)
We can deduce that you want to use it with BB. But we don’t know how you want to use it.
My assumption was the most likely option, but it could have been also how to feed the guitar signal through both pedals into amp etc. Or how to record the drums as part of the loop and then record guitar on top of that 
I’m sorry that my assumption gave you false impression that I knew something about RC-30.
But I’d like to think that you got your true solution partially thanks to the information that we learned through the conversation. Information about your needs, what kind of midi cables and ports etc 
It’s also possible that e.g. @MarkF48 could have given you the correct answer without me stating my assumptions or anything. In that case my replies were not useful - perhaps they were even harmful 
At this point I could ask you @tagnew, what do you want to achieve with BB and a looper/delay pedal? 
Do you want millisecond perfection quality for studio or live performance? Or do you just want to have fun at home? 
If it’s the latter then maybe midi clock is not needed. You just need to test if you can have fun without it
