Another cool performance for the local synth jam, used my iPad running GarageBand into a Shure mv51 interface routed to the Aeros and Aeros is transmitter to BeatBuddy
All is improvised, make versions of existing midi files myself
I made a Night of the Living Drumset that features sounds from the 1968 classic Night of the Living Dead. The BeatBuddy is playing those samples

In an “I should have finished my coffee first” way.

I never considered the SS gear outside of a guitar context. It was almost painful (in a great way!) to feel my brain expand so much and so unexpectedly on a Wednesday morning.

lol!!! Yes the Aeros is really like a mini daw, if you can get a mixed signal in there it’s the whole shabang!
This kind of performance is almost like DJing, with the added layer of I’m using GarageBand to make the sounds
