Aeros changes the pitch of the backing track

I just started playing around with backing tracks. I have loaded several onto my SD that were saved as WAV files 44.1khz at 24 bit. But when I load and play them on the aeros the pitch of the tracks is dropped about 1 interval.

I am sure I am doing something wrong, but I cant figure out what.

Anyone else experience this? Anyone know why this is happening?

Here is an example. It is a simple 12th fret E metronome. The wav file plays fine off of the microsd card, just drops pitch when played from the aeros. Song setting are freeform and not syncing tacks.

Is there any chance that the WAV is actually encoded as 48khz? The interval sounds like about a semitone and a half. The ratio between 48 and 44.1 is 1.47 semitones if I’ve done my math right, which fits.

As far as I know, there’s no pitch change/time stretch DSP logic anywhere in the Aeros.

Hmm you might be on to something there. Let me do some testing and get back to you.

That was it. Thanks for your help.
