Hi. So this is not the first time this has happened, but this time, for some reason, it pissed me off more than ever before. I mean it is not a cheap looper. I saved my song on several occasions days prior without any issues, but then this morning the song was gone. Well, still there, but without any data and not willing to open it up. What’s going on?
Never experienced this. Seems weired. And you are absolutely sure you saved the song before you turned the unit off? And do you have the latest firmware? If so, you should ask support for assistance, as this is not what other users experience. Please post here when solution is found. Good luck!

There is potential you are opening the wrong version of your songs, if you updated your device from 4.x.x to 5.x.x recently, this could be the reason you are seeing “empty” versions of your songs
