Play thru switch: is there a way to have the aux and main inputs allow audio to pass without recording? Preferably, I want to switch this function from one channel to the other depending on the song; some times I want to record on th mainland allow audio to play through the aux without being recorded on the loop, and then I will switch the setting to allow audio to play through the main input, while recording the aux in a loop.
In general, the Aeros only passes audio through its inputs, and it will only be recorded when the unit is in a recording state.
This means you have the flexibility to let audio play through without being captured in a loop unless you actively start recording on that specific track/input.
Additionally, if you’re using a SuperSwitch or MIDI Maestro, you have the option to turn the routing on or off for both the main input and aux input. This way, you can enable or disable the recording source for either input, giving you precise control over what is captured in your loops.
