Plugged in power supply, turned on device, blue light indicates power getting to device but screen is not turning on. The item was shipped to someone i just sold it to. Could it have been damaged or is there something else they need to do to get the screen to boot up? Possible faulty power supply?
Please try the following steps:
- Use the original power supply and connect it directly to a dedicated wall outlet (not a shared power source).
- Turn on the Aeros using the button on the side.
- Wait 30 seconds to 2 minute to see if it powers on fully.
Additionally, please try another 9v 500 mA power supply and see if that resolves the issue, just to ensure the problem isn’t with the power supply itself.
