Hi this mightve been asked before but I was wondering how to expand the number of backing tracks with aeros. Can you transfer files directly from computer. Mine says error “ files are copywrite protected “
So do you have to end up using multiple SD cards
On my aeros it shows the internal drive is at 67% and the SD card is 6%.
When I try to open the SD card in aeros its blank, empty. But if I use the SD card in my computer it shows files?? Im presuming that after uploading the SD files onto the internal drive then they no longer appear on the SD card in aeros
Can someone clarify
And another issue is in aeros I created an album where all my backing tracks are stored. But when Im using midi meastro to select songs on powering up aeros defaults to songs and I have to tap dance thru to my album. I wish I didnt have to and my album could be the default.
Thank you for posting your question! Please use an SD card that is 4-32 GB in size and empty of all files. Connect it to the Aeros, power it on, and wait a minute to make sure the SD card is formatted the right way.
After that, you can follow the video linked here, making sure to connect your SD card directly to your computer for transferring files.
(You can now use backing tracks not only in freeform mode but also in quantized mode.)
To change the start screen, go to Settings > System, where you can choose from options like “Home,” “Last Open,” “New 2x2,” or “New 6x6.”
So if I want to say press button 3 to play and button 6 to stop on midi meastro I will have to use the app. And can you tell me what the midi command numbers are for play and stop
And regarding the sd card what I was needing is a bunch of files on the card to show up on the aeros. Not as a download but just straight from the sd card. Would that work if the files are stored in the songs folder rather than in the backing track folder
