Ok, The Beatbuddy, has a Midi command that allows the Beatbuddy, to pause and Unpause, CC111 with a Value of greater then 1, which allows the switch to toggle, but I do not have to change my Midi pedal settings over to toggle, which in turn allows the Midi switch on my midi pedal, is always in the correct position to either Pause or Unpause, but for the Aeros I have to set my Midi Pedal switch on toggle and place 2 seperate midi commands into the Midi pedal switch to get the Aeros to turn on , and off, but the issue here is sometimes the switch will be in the wrong toggle position, so I have to press it twice to get the Aeros to turn on or Off. So if turn the Aeros off through the Beatbuddy, lets say with an Outro, and the next song I need to start the loop, part way into a song, it will be in the off position for the Aeros, because i have not pressed it yet to get off that postion, which is still in the off position for the loop. Can you put the same Midi action that works for the Beatbuddy, into the Aeros PS, I could use 2 seperate midi switches but I do not have any to spare. My Midi Pedal is the Xsonic Airstep Multi Controller.
Hi Larry,
Could you please explain in more detail what you would like to achieve exactly?
Well, when i do a start with my midi switch (Xsonic) for the Aeros and then i stop it with the Aeros Looper switch, it throws off the toggle switch on the Midi Pedal, because now it will be in stop mode because it is on a toggle, start/stop. So I have to press it twice to get it back in sync to start the Aeros. The Midi switch goes back and forth Start/Stop regardless of what the Aeros is doing. But now with the BeatBuddy it has a midi command that allows me to mute /unmute without setting up a toggle on my midi switch, therefore it is always in sync with the Pause/Unpause, such as CC111
Thank you for your detailed explanation! I’ve forwarded your request to the dev team, and any updates will be posted here.
That would be great Thank You
