I received a notification today that my BB2 has been shipped to me directly from China. The sender is “Hotone Audio.”
However, my Singular Sound account still says “unfulfilled” and has no further information.
But it does indeed appear that it is on its way.

Ooooooohhhhh! I too have a DHL message on WhatsApp saying item is coming from Hotone from China.
I presumed it was a scam/phising !
Wonder if I missed an email from Singular Sound cos I bet a load of people think that message was fraudulent!
Fingers crossed it’s not. I wonder if the comms could have been better here. Loyal customer and early adopters left in the dark a little
Haha, at first I was skeptical too, because I hadn’t ordered anything from Hotone. But the linked invoice says BeatBuddy2, so everything seems to be correct.
There appears to be a logistical connection between Hotone and SingularSound.
Hello my fellow BeatBuddies, I have an exciting update!
Customers outside the USA and Canada are getting their units shipped directly from China - Hotone is doing the shipping for us, so the DHL packages will be coming from them.
Our USA units have cleared customs! They’re on the way to our warehouse now and then will be shipped to all USA and Canada customers. It may take the warehouse a few days to process and ship so you should receive your units either this weekend or sometime next week!
We’ll be sending out email updates as well - sorry we haven’t been in more timely communication here - we’ve been scrambling to get the units out to you ASAP.

I got mine, yes!! Wow, that was the fastest delivery from China to Bavaria I’ve ever experienced—sent on Monday, arrived today on Wednesday morning. Great!

well I guess I am screwed then….I did get a suspicious email from DHL with some dodgy links I had to click and I consigned these the the bin!
Good work SS, ZERO notification this was happening or to look out for it.
So how do I now get my unit?

Mine arrived too. The email from DHL surprised me at first, but it turned out to be legitimate and contained a link to the invoice and shipping document for a BB2. So I knew it wasn’t phishing. Especially since it didn’t ask me to interact in any way, it was just information about the shipment.
So everything will be fine for you too.

thanks - yeah this time, I just got a SMS saying it’s being delivered today, so will hope that is the case. It was so weird the way the originals were worded, and with no pre-warning from SS, made them suspicious.

For those who received their BB2, did you take the bundle or the BB2 alone?
I already had the MM Gold version, so didn’t need the footswitch. Just got the BB2

same here, just the BB2. I already have Mide Maestro and a lot of other footswitches. But - the superswitch looks really nice. Maybe i will buy one later someday

I recieved an email on 09/17 telling me the unit is almost on its way to me but havent recieved a shipping notice yet..
