I hope we get an answer to this soon! I decided to go all in on this ecosystem and the beatbuddy 2 and the superswitch are the last two pieces I need for my complete set up.

Yes, Pre-order units were promoted as shipping in August. The Pre-order page (still showing 15 units available for pre-order) also states “The first 500 units ship in August 2025”.

I just rechecked the site where you can preorder the BB2 and now it says the units will start shipping in September.

Of course they did. And they couldn’t be bothered to send a communication directly to the loyal customers that have pre-ordered BB2 (and have already been charged for it) notifying them of the updated shipping date. Instead, they just quietly changed the disclaimer on the pre-order page. Come on Singular Sound…do better!

Hi guys, sorry about the delay of the update. The units were supposed to board the ship a few days ago and have been delayed by a Chinese customs inspection (which is very unusual). We were hoping to send out the update after the units had shipped so we would have a solid date of arrival for you, that’s why we’ve been quiet on this. But I understand everyone is anxious to get their BeatBuddy 2 units, and we’re anxious to get it to you! We’ll keep you informed of the current status as we get more info - we’ll be sending out an update email as soon as it boards the ship. Once boarded we’ll have a more solid arrival date - different ships take different routes (which affects the arrival date), and which ship it boards depends on when Chinese customs releases the shipment. We’re doing our best to get the BeatBuddy 2 to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience! :pray:
