I’m having trouble with the update. I’ve installed it but when I get to the window that says Convert Songs? yes is is dark and No is my only option. any insight would be greatly appreciated. there is no SD card in the slot. Also when I do a diagnostic Factory test it fails.
Please scroll down to the bottom of the text to enable and select ‘yes’

Please feel free to reach out to support@singularsound.com about the tests but I would say it’s likely you may be doing them incorrectly, you can refer to the info text for each test or to the manual for the proper procedure.
