I did submit question to support, but eager for a solution.
Have used BB for a while and it has been working great. this weekend tried to start at the gig, and almost no audio…if I cranked everything on the mixer, I could hear it, but no low end, sounded terrible. Tried multiiple other working cables, same thing. Luckily, headphone output audio was fine and I had the right cables to use it! I tried power cycling, took SD card out… no luck.
Any tips/ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!
Gee. If it’s not the lead and not the gear at the other end (assuming plugged lead from headphone into same thing… that eliminates all outside the beat buddy. Only two choices left - a BB setting you’ve bumped somehow… or a fault. I assume if you back up your card and restore the BB to factory settings you can probably check it isn’t a setting?? If it is, restore your card. If it isn’t settings… service/warranty!

I do want to say that Singular Sound did follow up and they were very good about honoring the warrantee and getting a new unit out once it was determined to be a hardware issue. Much appreciated!
