A this time I can not use the software?

Which version of BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) are you having problems with?
You can try restarting your Mac, deleting the BBM, emptying the Trash and then reinstalling using the tutorial video as a guide. Let us know how it goes.

Does BB Manager run on Snow Leopard? That may be the issue. I couldn’t find system requirements listed for the software. At least, I didn’t see anything on the downloads page.

That seems to be it. I jut tried installing on my Snow Leopard laptop and it’s a no-go.

Sorry but 10.9.5 and above.

So the holidays are over and I am still trying to get this BB to work.
The firmware is 1.9.4.
The version I am using is what ever is on the website?
When I open it I still get the above read out? This is a drag for sure!

If you are using Mac OS 10.6.8, the BeatBuddy Manager will not work. It requires ≥ 10.9.5.

Need to update the site because it says 10.6.8
At this point it is useless for me unless I get a new computer since the one I have, mac pro tower will not use the OS upgrade. :frowning: Limits the pedal for sure. Not sure this was a good buy.

I hear 'ya but to benefit from the improved capabilities of the latest software, BBM depends on the newer versions of the OS. I think some of the older versions of the s/w (maybe <1.5.0.1) might work with 10.6.8. If you would like to try, let me know. It may require an older version of the f/w too.
