Thanks for the reply … yes I did search first and I have downloaded the file in the thread, but it won’t install … I get an error when I double click the BBManager.exe file to install it … “BBManager.exe is not a valid Win32 application” … but the machine I’m running is XP 64, not Win32 … so I don’t know what the problem is. It install the vcredist.exe file fine

Why did you not mention this in your original post? Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and neither do Singular sound, however Daefecator extracted this version and I didn’t realise until yesterday that he did one for XP 32 bit as well. He will be the best person to answer this question. You need to follow the instructions to the letter. Maybe try the other version - hope you get it sorted.

“BBManager.exe is not a valid Win32 application” is a common Windows error, when you try to run a 64-bit executable on a 32-bit machine.
Are you sure you have Windows XP 64 bit?

Press Win+Break on your target machine and double check the its Operating System Type.

Thanks Psalm40 … yes I know XP is no longer supported by MicroSoft. and there is a very good reason why I am still using it.
Hi Defecator … Yes I’m sure it’s 64 bit … I loaded it on when I built this machine 2 yrs ago and it’s been running on all my work stations since 2003 … MS XP Pro x64 Edition Version 2003 SP2 / 12 gig Ram / NVidia Quadro FX 4600 10 gig Ram. I do have a Win 7 laptop I could load BBManager on but would prefer it on this machine if possible, all my music stuff is on this machine

Try use a 32-bit version then - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9LXvRHhc7bHbDBrUThLZm1ZVFE
It appear to be a known bug with MSVC 2012 compiler I use.

Hi Daefecator … yes that works … thanks …
maybe you just have them label wrong … LOL
Cheers

Nope.
32-bit platform runs ONLY 32-bit applications.
64-bit platform runs BOTH 32 and 64-bit ones.
