BB Manager Problems

I downloaded the newest version of the BB manager software and installed it.

I downloaded some of the new drum sets and songs.

I followed the instructions on the youtube video and now there is nothing on my SD card in the BB.
I have it hooked up via usb.
When I try to synchronize it get an error message.
I saved the project. Now there is nothing at all showing in the BB manager and there is nothing on the pedal.
First time trying to use this software???

Have you fixed your issue, @literarymayhem?
A screenshot with the problem while syncing you are referring to would be great to help you overcome it.

I got all the original stuff back on the Beatbuddy, but I have not tried to add the new songs and drum sets again. Hopefully I will have time this week and do a screen shot for you…thanks!!!
