Manager will open, start to parse files, & then close itself. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times and even went through a dial-in session with support with no luck. Support implied they’ve seen this, rarely, but no resolution is available from their end. Has anyone encountered this and gotten it to work?
I myself did not encounter this problem, but here are some thing you can try, have you tried running it in windows 7 compatibility mode? Or as administrator. When everything else fails and you have more than one memory chip in your laptop or computer, try swopping places of them, it sometimes helps, maybe one of them has a fault, by swopping places it sometime works. It also could be a faulty processor but is rarely the case.
