Is the beatbuddy plugin working for PC users?
Is the BB plugin working for any Mac users?
Is the BB plugin working for PC or MAC users using REAPER as your DAW?
My Mac, and PC both crash everytime I try to open the BB plugin since Reaper v7.78
Reaper is now running Reaper v7.82 whose job is it to check out these issues and try to get this plugin working for us who have paid the price for or BeatBuddy 2. I’m not able to use this BB2 to lay drum tracks on Reaper. BB Plugin was working great after I learned how to use it. I would like for who ever is in charge to facilitate getting this issue seen about please. I have paid for my admission here so please help us, and don’t lay it on us to contact Apple.
Hi there,
I understand your frustration, and we apologize for any inconvenience, but if you are actively updating your computer or your software, you always introduce the likelihood for incompatibility.
The BeatBuddy plug-in is not currently being worked on, we have other important things on our plate. The version available now (0.0.9) is a free beta that was released over two years ago to gather feedback and also give users access to a useful tool.
That being said we are going to resume work on it very soon to have a final release version that should work on most if not all DAWs.
Once we release this plug-in and it is being paid for we are happy to continually release updated versions that have fixes for compatibility and future OS updates.
We also appreciate the fact that you care this much, because it just proves that this is a worthwhile product and software that we should be investing our time in for our customers because it improves the worth of the BeatBuddy and the content.
Thank you for your patience, and we promise that soon we will have something available that will be working with newer OS versions and newer DAW versions.
