BB2- Bluetooth for pianists?

Hi,

I use the BB2 as a pianist.

It’s very inconvenient and tiring to hide under the piano before each song and change the songs, adjust the tempo, the volume through the pedal buttons… It’s funny when between two songs the guests are looking for me, where the pianist is? - and I’m on all fours under the piano pressing the buttons. My request would be that could you develop some kind of Bluetooth connection option for the pedal as soon as possible, so that these changes can be made from a phone application. It would be a huge help and advantage!

Thank you very much!

Several keyboard players have mentioned that they place the pedal up on their keyboard so that they can easily reach and change the pedal settings. You could combine it with a remote foot switch or the SuperSwitch placed on the floor to use your feet to change settings while your pedal sits on your keyboard.

Thank you!

I have the silver mini, 2 buttons pedal, is it possible to use this for remote controll?

Yes, as long as you adjust the settings

Thank you for your help, it works.

But I think it would be a good development the Bluetooth connection, later.

The BB2 is strange a little, upon an upright piano, or a baby grand…

Personally I use midi commands in OnSong to set me beatbuddy and other midi devices automatically by simply selecting the song. Also, I’m using a wired 2-switch pedal on the floor to start/pause.

Use the Bluetooth in your tablet and a Widi jack connected to the BB2

The WIDI Jack devices allows you to effectively add Bluetooth capabilities to any pedal.

To know more Google is your friend.

With BB2 and the Beat Buddy Manager Online - you can create a playlist and add all your songs/beats of your set list. A tap of the footswitch you move to the next song/beat. no more bending to change to the next song.
