Will we receive the two leads and the extra Beatbuddy 2 content separately if we purchased the Beatbuddy 2 bundle? The BB2 and superswitch have arrived and they’re great, but it would be good to have the leads, and particularly the extra content collections before migrating content from BB1.

The additional downloadable content will be available soon. You will receive two additional emails: one email confirming your purchase of the downloadable content along with the link to download the files, and another email with a video explanation on how to upload the content to your BeatBuddy 2. This content includes an HD version of the Beat Boutique Pack 1 and five new albums with Autopilot enabled.

I appreciate that there appear to be quite a few orders that are only partially delivered. The Cabli’s aren’t a real issue for me and will arrive when they do. I also aprreciate they are a freebie so can only thank Singular sound for this as part of the bundle offer. What I cannot understand though is why, after such a long wait to get the orders to customers, that the digital downloads were not provided at the point of payment like they used to be. I was told that the BB2 Units were delayed by Chinese customs. If this was not the case we’d have been waiting for several weeks for the digital content to be available. Please don’t get me wrong, I am more than happy. I just don’t understand why an email to everyone with this content doesn’t seem to have been anticipated and now will be sent ‘soon’ with no ETA at all.

All good now from the digital content point of view and many thanks for your appreciation of us pre order customers by gifting us the extra Vintage Machines beats and drumsets. My only outstanding issue now is the free Cabli’s that were supposed to come with my original bundle delivery. Shall I be getting these soon? I appreciate and understand tha you are all still pretty busy at SS but just an idea of ETA for these would be great.
