When selecting a tempo via the Tempo Rotary Knob or Tap Tempo the Tempo display flashes from one beat below/above to the one I am trying to set (this may be normal?) and makes it difficult for me to see exactly which Tempo is set.
A more serious issue is that Tempo drifts while playing, I set the Tempo and start a Song then after a few seconds the Tempo has changed mostly in an upward direction and continues to do so while playing even if starting with the default song Tempo.
Not sure if this is a hardware or Firmware problem, help would be appreciated.
Anyone else experienced this problem?
I owe you an apology, I did think it was a seasonal Jibe and had completely forgotten about the Sobriety mode as I never use it.
On checking I found that the ‘Sober’ setting was already selected (or highlighted at least) so selected it again and that seems to have mostly solved the problem although the bpm display did shift by 1bpm the tempo remains constant, more testing will follow.
Thank you very much for your responses.
One benefit from this is that my ability to keep playing in time with varying tempos has improved greatly
Update, it’s not Sobriety mode that is causing the problem as tempo continues to be erratic.
It does have something to do with the Multiswitch 2 and reverts to normal operation when the Multiswitch is unplugged.
Waiting for a response from Support.
