Hey there,
Support was mistaken here, either main footswitch on the BeatBuddy 2 can be set to be the same thing, but maybe you would prefer it does no action, no action option can be set for all playing/paused/stopped states independently. Any switch on Footswitch + or Superswitch can also be set this way.
Pressing both buttons set to be master control (by having both set to master control) could have unintended behaviors, so I would recommend using no action.
