BBManager can't be opened

I am using a mac and cannot make the BB manager work. Here is the message I get: “BBManager.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
ANy suggestions?

Press ctrl-click (or from the trackpad, click-hold) and from the contextual menu, select Open.
