BBMini and footswitch

Hi,

Can the foot switch on the BBMini be replaced with a jack socket to run a separate cable to the BB foot switch and replace the crash cymbal switch so as to duplicate the function of the BBMini foot switch (start/stop, Fill, Transition)? I want to mount the BBMini on my mic stand for ease of access fore song changes but allow the foot switch functions to be performed remotely. the crash cymbal function is a bit of a waste of time in my opinion.

Anything is possible but in this case, probably not. If the Mini is anything like it’s big brother, the fitting inside the case is pretty tight and would not allow enough room for a jack to take it’s place.

Thanks for the info. Worth popping the lid to see what room there is. I will post what I find…
